About
I have been a licensed Clinical Psychologist in California since 2009 and I earned my Psychology doctorate in 2006. My goal as a therapist is to help clients empower themselves to become the people they can (and want) to be. My treatment process is client-centered and involves development of a progressive, concrete plan for positive change. Along the way, clients will also learn to embrace the vulnerabilities that we all possess. Therapy also involves developing specific coping skills to overcome struggles with anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, relationship issues, family conflict, divorce, grief, job stress, as well as other issues that need to be addressed.
