Hi there, I'm Ricardo! When individuals experience unexpected ups and downs in the world and are challenged to put equilibrium back in their life, I have been there to assist in helping them find balance in life again. I have worked with individuals suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, coming out, or unexpected changes in life. My desire is to help individuals rise above to reach their potential and feel good about themselves again. I am aware that one approach does not always have all the answers, and that life comes from different angles and perspectives. Therefore, I also pull from many strategies and perspectives, from Humanistic therapies, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, trauma-informed care, and affirming therapies. Currently, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapies and Completed a Doctor of Psychology program in 2007.
