Hello, I am Dr. Rhonda Alsobrook, and I want to congratulate you on taking the first step to ask for help. I know it isn’t always comfortable to ask for help. As a therapist, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) in the state of New Mexico. I have years of experience working in the mental health field and working with people like you who need help to make a few life changes.

I have been a life-long student and studied under numerous mentors to help me gain the formal knowledge and excellent work experiences I have today. I use these to address a variety of disorders and life issues. I have earned a Psychology Doctorate (PsyD) and a Ph.D. in psychology. Over the years, I have acquired various specialty certificates, life coaching certificates, and a master’s degree in Organizational Management (MAOM). All of which I use to address personal and work-related problems. I did my doctorate studies in yoga and mindfulness and have been a yoga instructor.

In working with someone, I take a holistic approach to include all areas of life. Once the problems are identified and prioritized, we can create a plan to accomplish your goals. I am warm and direct in my approach. I will use various therapeutic techniques to address your needs to help you be the best version of yourself.
