I am Dr. Becky Winton, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has worked in this field for more than 20 years. I work with adults of all ages, including those who are just transitioning into adulthood, as well as those who may be questioning their next transition, whether a life crisis or a life-threatening illness. Anxiety, trauma, depression, addictions, grief, low self-esteem, and divorce survival are just a few of the life challenges I have expertise.

One of the most important building blocks for growth in therapy is the relationship between the individual and the therapist. My approach is different with every individual, depending on their specific needs.
