Welcome! I am a licensed clinical health psychologist providing services in Minnesota. I have been working in the field for nearly 10 years and have been fortunate to have a wide range of training and experiences during that time. My primary focus is in women's health, though I am always open to working with patients of all identities. I typically work with patients who are interested in learning skills to manage depression, anxiety, trauma symptoms, disordered eating, substance use, reproductive issues, or health complications. I especially enjoy working with women who are experiencing mental health and behavioral concerns during pregnancy or postpartum.

As a therapist, I strive to be collaborative, genuine, and non-judgmental. I predominantly practice cognitive behavioral therapy but am also trained in dialectical, behavioral, and acceptance- and mindfulness-based approaches. This means that my approach to therapy largely focuses on identifying problematic thinking patterns and beliefs that lead to unwanted emotions and behaviors. Once these patterns are identified it makes it easier to apply new coping skills, which can help to alleviate unpleasant symptoms. I understand that doing the work of therapy is hard. Because of this, I work with my patients to set realistic goals and provide them structure and support while helping them to achieve those goals.
