Hi there, I'm Rashida! Hello, I am Dr. Taylor. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I specialize in a Solution-Focused Therapeutic approach. This approach focuses on helping clients find solutions to their current challenges and develop the skills they need to be successful. I believe each individual has the tools to reach their goals, and I am here to help facilitate that process. My approach I utilize a solution-focused approach based on scientific evidence, oriented towards achieving goals, and focused on strengths. My objective is to assist clients in recognizing and concentrating on their strengths, resources, and solutions to reach their desired outcomes most efficiently and effectively. My focus As a practitioner, I specialize in working with teenagers and their families who are facing a variety of challenges, such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, psychological and behavioral difficulties, and issues related to family dynamics. My expertise extends to the treatment of multiple conditions, including but not limited to Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use Disorders, Trauma, etc. I also assist individuals and families in coping with life changes, relationship concerns, and parenting challenges. I adopt a collaborative and strength-oriented approach to treatment that emphasizes identifying personal strengths and their utilization to create positive changes in one's life. My foremost priority is to create a safe and supportive environment for clients that fosters growth & healing.
