About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland, with a doctorate in clinical psychology. I've had a broad-based clinical experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, trauma, and relationship issues. My practice is diverse and includes; all ages, and cultural identities. I also work with families in transition. I have a background in conflict resolution and mediation so I'm adept at supporting family members as they navigate difficult changes.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I see our work together as collaborative. My core values include being client-centered, having empathy, respect, and non-judgment. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and ACT. I conceptualize family issues from the systems perspective. I am interested in your narrative and the way you see things. Our dialogue and treatment planning are determined by your specific needs.
