I am licensed in Washington with 20 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings [inpatient, outpatient, forensic settings, and telehealth services to both urban and rural communities]. I am an interactive therapist who sees therapy as a reciprocal process where the client is the expert in their own life. My passion lies in assisting others with the information and skills necessary to meet life's challenges while building a full and satisfying life worth living. My favorite definition of courage is being afraid and doing it anyway. Together, we can promote healing and find solutions.
