“I don’t want to get to the end of my life and find that I have just lived the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well.” Diane Ackerman. As a therapist, I want all of my clients to experience the width of life. I have over ten years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism and trauma. I use several theoretical orientations including, solution focused, CBT, and DBT. I have been certified Level 1 in Pivotal Response Training for Autism Spectrum Disorders. I am passionate in helping those struggling with an eating disorder and plan to become designated as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Academy of Eating Disordered Professionals (IADEP). I value the importance of relationship and humor in the therapeutic process. I also commend anyone taking the brave step to seek out assistance.
