About

You are not the problem; the problem is the problem. There are times in life when challenges are present. To find a breathing space, meeting with a counseling professional who can work with you, spending time to stop, contemplate and unravel whatever may be holding you back from reaching your full potential and happiness, can be a valuable experience.

The counseling relationship provides you with an opportunity for self -exploration, taking time to uncover your personal strengths, no matter what crisis may be happening in your life. As a counseling professional, I have a deep respect for your own expertise regarding the life choices you have made so far.

During my professional career in Counseling Psychology, I feel fortunate to have been exposed to a wide range of work environments including;
Legal/court systems advocating for children and families with at risk youth, mediating with couples and families during divorce proceedings, acute psychiatric hospital settings providing crisis intervention, brain SPECT imaging, substance abuse counseling, residential and outpatient treatment, family, couples and individual therapy in private practice. This allows me to maintain a holistic perspective and value the many things impacting a person’s life.

Together, we will work on finding solutions to improve your quality of life and living a happier daily life experience.
