I am licensed in Texas and Louisiana with many decades of professional work experience. I have experience in helping all kinds of clients, but especially clients and couples who are interested in improving their relationships with others and those who are working on issues related to motivation, depression, self esteem, and confidence. I have special experience and interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community and its allies. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I help my clients turn what they may have learned to think are their weaknesses into strengths. We are all living in stressful times with many challenges and stresses affecting all of us. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
