About

Hello and Welcome,

Throughout our lives, we encounter many challenges such as: conflicts in relationships, life transitions, emotional crises, educational, career decisions, physical illness, disability, and many more. Sometimes the challenges are exciting. Sometimes they are frightening. And sometimes we can benefit from help and support as we strive to master them. Counseling offers you a chance to express ideas and concerns to better understand your situation and to learn new ways to solve problems or concerns, Because we will be putting a good deal of time and energy into therapy, you should choose a therapist carefully. I strongly believe you should feel comfortable with the therapist you choose and hopeful about the therapy. All services that are provided by me are in a respectful, confidential, and in a professional manner of supportive collaboration.
