I am a therapist focusing on individual, family, and couples counseling with over 20 years of experience. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider Designation in the State of Tennessee and am also trained in EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a therapy that helps those with disturbing life experiences heal from the symptoms and emotions from those events, and is working towards certification. I'm also adjunct faculty at a local university, teaching undergraduate and doctorate classes in the Behavioral Sciences Department.
