Making the decision to enter therapy is a uniquely personal choice, and as such each person’s treatment must be tailored to their individual needs, strengths, challenges and history. We will work collaboratively to clarify your goals and the best approach to address that which is keeping you from a happy and productive life. Depending on your individual needs we may agree to pursue a more psychodynamic or cognitive behavioral approach.

I have extensive experience as a psychologist and I have worked with adults, couples, children and adolescents. In addition to my private practice, I have met and effectively worked with patients in settings of all sort, including campus and community settings, day treatment, inpatient, outpatient, chemical dependency, and residential programs.
