I am Dr. Neal McMann, and I am a licensed professional counselor in Arizona. I am a solution-focused strategic therapist who enjoys working with clients struggling with life-transitions, in all areas of their lives. I am successful with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and phase-of-life difficulties. My approach I utilize experiential, strategic therapy principles in my therapeutic work with clients. My focus I prefer working with clients who need life-changing strategies to navigate through challenging transitions. My communication style I present a calm presence with clients while engaging them in therapeutic tasks involving change. My journey to mental healthcare I am driven by a heart-felt belief in mankind, and that change begins internally before it is manifest externally.
