Making the decision to embark on a therapeutic journey takes courage and vulnerability. Congratulations on taking this step towards improving your personal wellness. As we all continue to navigate life's transitions and changes, we eventually find ourselves needing guidance and support along the way. For over a decade I have been helping people understand themselves and make substantial life changes. My extensive background in Depth Psychology provides a unique approach addressing underlying issues beneath symptoms to shift deeply entrenched patterns, behaviors and relational dynamics. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Irvine. I went on to study Marriage and Family therapy, earning a Master of Science Degree from the University of La Verne. I continued my academic journey at Pacifica Graduate Institute where I was awarded a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology. I enjoy working with clients navigating the challenges of depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), social/relational issues, attachment related disorders, addiction and dual diagnosis. I specialize in helping individuals that have found themselves stuck or plateaued in their journey of growth and healing. My goal as a therapist is to help clients embrace their authentic selves, foster meaningful relationships, and improve their quality of life.
