I have been in practice since 1996 and stay current on the latest research based practices. What is your approach to therapy? I utilize a variety of modalities in my practice including, but not limited to, psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy. I treat patients from ages 3-103 with a various mental health concerns including; anxiety, depression, grief, gender identity, sexual orientation, bipolar disorder, behavioral issues and developmental disabilities. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I hope my patients come away from session knowing they were heard, listened to, understood, not judged and feel I can be of help to them."
