I am a Psychologist licensed in Nevada. I have experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, motivation, and confidence. I enjoy working with neurodiverse populations (Autism/ADHD) and helping my clients process trauma. I believe that you are the expert on your life and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
I prefer to use a person-centered approach to therapy, using empathy & genuiness in an environment free of judgement. However, I am also well versed in more structured approaches such as Cognitive or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (CBT/DBT) and will use what works best for my clients needs.
