I enjoy helping clients with stress and anxiety, sleeping disorders, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes….and eventually rendering myself irrelevant. I know…strange job description. Generally, I believe people are doing the best they can in life but occasionally hit a sand trap, finding themselves more deeply entrenched with the struggle.
