Approaches to therapy vary depending upon the specific needs and personality differences of the individual, and practices with an empathetic perspective. Among the therapeutic methods used are Reality, Play, Artistic, Humanistic, Psychoanalytic, Positive Psychological, Solution Oriented, Mindfulness, and Spiritual therapies, among others; What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Efforts to help the individual will be based on an altruistic and empathetic approach that allows the individual to evolve under the provision of insight and guidance.
