I have 20 years of experience working with adults with a number of issues. Commonly, I work with clients that have trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression issues. I have also worked with couples and families regarding relationship issues. I have a Ph.D. in counseling and also possess degrees in criminal justice, business, and law. I primarily use cognitive behavioral approaches to counseling but also utilize existential and psychodynamic theories.
