About

I am a doctoral-level clinical social worker licensed in New Jersey with nearly a decade of experience working as both a therapist and a life coach. My work has given me the opportunity to work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, parenting and fertility problems, career and lifestyle challenges, TBI rehabilitation, anger and affect management.

My therapy style is warm, interactive, and adaptive to the emotional needs and communication style of my client. I believe in treating all persons with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. While initially trained as a cognitive and solutions-based therapist, my therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and narrative therapies. I believe and practice a personalized approach and will tailor both our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
