About

I have practiced in social work since 2007. I hold a clinical license as well as a doctorate--with an emphasis on child and family interventions. During this time I have had the opportunity to work with people from very diverse backgrounds and a vast array of life challenges. Within my time in practice, I have come to appreciate the importance of a good connection from client to therapist.

With this in mind, let me tell you a little about my therapeutic approach. Through my professional experience and within organizations, I have found my passion in interpersonal relationships; whether they be familial, work-oriented, or romantic. I am strength-based and solution-focused with my client's personal goals in mind. My objective is to support my clients with open, direct communication, and challenging thoughts. I believe in personal growth and forward progression.

I am comfortable in all communication platforms, whether it be texts, phone calls, or video conferencing.
