Hello, it is so great to "meet" you! I am Dr. Miller, a licensed psychologist with over 12 years of clinical experience. I have worked with clients with a wide variety of concerns, most notably anxiety, stress/burnout, adjustment to life changes, young adult issues, and women’s issues. I have also helped individuals struggling with relationships, including intimacy and infidelity.

My therapy style is warm, accepting, respectful, and highly collaborative. We work together to craft a treatment plan, and our sessions, in a way that takes your unique strengths and specific circumstances into account. I specialize in evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques, although I often incorporate other approaches (e.g., acceptance and commitment therapy, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness) as needed.
