During initial visits, I spend time listening to your concerns and provide feedback about how therapy may be able to help. We then collaboratively develop an individualized plan for moving forward. I am trained in evidence-based therapies that help you explore how your relationship patterns & thoughts can shift in order to improve how you feel.

It is my belief that as people become more aware & accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding a sense of contentment in their lives.
