Do you feel overwhelmed, depressed, anxious or have limitations in your ability to function presently? With 33 years of clinical experience, I have a significant number of skills and methods to help. Not everyone benefits fully from only one or even two therapy methods. I tailor my skills and interventions to each person depending on their needs, problems and comfort. Different therapy methods are researched as to the best outcomes based on what symptoms you are struggling with. I follow the research and start with the approaches that are well-studied and show the best results. If you are not feeling better after a few sessions, we discuss this openly and I introduce you to a different approach. I look at therapy as a combined effort with both of us working together to meet your personal goals. While I guide you, your feedback is regularly requested so you are benefiting.
