About

I am licensed in Wyoming with 7 years of therapy experience. Much of my career has been spent as a psychologist for the military, the most recent years spent with the aviation community. Through my work, I have been fortunate to serve Veterans, Service Members, their family members, and other civilians from all walks of life. I am passionate about helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and major life changes. Some of the evidence-based therapies that I offer include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Written Exposure Therapy, and Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It will be an honor to get to know and work with you. My goal is to bring unconditional acceptance and flexibility to every session so that you have a safe, comfortable space to grow.
