I often think the first step to seeking help is the hardest. So, I am happy that you have decided to take this step, and I hope this information is helpful to see if I am the best match for you. I am a licensed psychologist, and have spent over 20 years conducting evaluations and providing therapy to people of varying ages and difficulties. I enjoy working with all stages of life, and I have some years behind me now as well! I have experience working with children and youth, as well as young adults and mature adults. I have helped people with lots of different problems, such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, (adult) ADHD, relationship problems, family problems, transitional issues such as going to college, getting a job, ending a relationship, dementia, caretakers of loved ones with dementia, grief, among others. I also have worked in hospitals, private practice, schools, colleges, and in research. I enjoy people and aim to be friendly, empathic, and nonjudgmental with therapy clients.
