I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, and Texas with over 18 years of experience working as a professional counselor and therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, domestic abuse and process addictions. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and energetic as well as interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in placing psychological labels on people. My approach combines an eclectic approach to dialectic-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapy. I seek to understand the context and interpersonal relationships that affect people. I want to tailor a treatment plan and dialog about so that it can meet your unique and specific needs.
