Whether you’re faced with a temporary crisis or you’re looking to learn skills necessary to have a balanced life, I offer a safe space, full of support with the goal to promote understanding and self-awareness. I understand that with work, finances, family conflicts, relationship issues or parenting difficulties that life can feel daunting. My job is to both empower and challenge you to increase self-awareness, develop insight, and learn healthy ways to cope.
