I am a licensed psychologist with over 12 years of experience who specializes in working with adults experiencing mood-related difficulties. My experience includes various settings which have contributed to my knowledge base and exposure to a variety of different populations, issues, and situations. I am passionate about helping clients understand their individual experiences with emotions and provide practical tools to manage them. I take a collaborative approach and utilize interventions that are tailored to each individual client and their needs. I use a variety of treatment models, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), and Narrative Therapy. My therapeutic style is warm, accepting, and engaged.
