I am licensed psychologist and board-certified art therapist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals achieve their greatest potential. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, life transitions. I also helped many people who have experienced traumatic stress or abuse. My counseling style is empathic, nonjudgmental and encouraging. My approach integrates depth psychology, neuroscience and trauma theory. I will tailor our conversation and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. In my free time I enjoy reading, gardening, music, art and hiking, as well as do-it-yourself home improvements.
