I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Kentucky with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience working with clients who experience depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, grief and loss, and adjustment disorders as well as work issues and LGBTQ issues.

My style is warm and open. I work to create a space in which clients feel empowered to be open and honest while working to identify areas of growth and change and to move towards those areas. I draw from a variety of models and orientations but work primarily from a cognitive behavioral approach as well as solutions-focused theory, DBT, and some reality therapy techniques as well.

It takes great courage to admit that you need help. I am here to walk with you on your journey toward change and improving your quality of life.
