I am a graduate of a PhD program in Psychology located in Detroit, Wayne State University. My psychologist training focused on working with adults with mood disorders. Over time, I gained experience in working with adults who have encountered various life challenges. I utilize an action-oriented approach that helps a client identify goals to be achieved in psychotherapy.

I welcome your participation in a journey of self-exploration. I am a seasoned, Licensed Psychologist who has been in practice for more than 25 years. I specialize in working with adults who want to gain control of their emotions, I am an active participant in the therapeutic process. The typical client begins to have a sense of increased well-being within 2-3 sessions.
