Therapy can be a positive process to help you feel like your best self, and I am happy to work together to help guide you through the steps necessary for personal growth and improvement in overall mental health. Together, we will carefully plan and tailor treatment to your needs to ensure success with your treatment and a decrease in symptoms severity. I'm prepared to address a wide variety of problems and mental health issues with you. I strive to provide a safe and friendly environment to address not only problems and symptoms but help you grow as a whole person. My wide variety of experience ranges from inpatient, outpatient and forensic settings so I am prepared to address a wide variety of mental health issues with a range of severity levels. During the therapy process, we will apply a collaborative approach to empower you to be proactive with your mental health treatment and functioning. I don't believe therapy is a "one size fits all" process so with my integrative approach we can make the decision together regarding a treatment plan that is best for you. My practice focuses on addressing the following: mood disorders, psychosis, trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, personality issues, personal struggles, learning disorders, cognitive issues, developmental issues, cognitive issues, Autism, neuropsychological issues, health integration, forensic issues and consulting.
