I am a licensed Clinical-School Psychologist in Florida and New York with 20 years of professional work experience. My goal is to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges by gaining insights and developing resilience. My work has been helping individuals better cope with stress and anxiety, mood difficulties, relationship issues, grief and loss, chronic illness/trauma, and to improve self-esteem and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I have worked collaboratively with adolescents, teenagers, young adult, adult and elderly populations to build healthy and effective coping skills to manage daily stressors. Eclectic modalities such as evidence-based therapies in cognitive-behavioral psychology, positive psychology, and mind-body techniques (mindfulness) are used. I will tailor our work together to meet your unique and specific needs. My aim is to provide a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where growth can occur.
