I am a clinical psychologist licensed in the state of California and have been treating clients for 6 years. I have experience with adults struggling with depression and anxiety. I also have experience working with parents on a variety of parenting issues for children of all ages.

I am compassionate and want to get to the root of my clients' problems. I am patient, thorough, and clear about treatment plans with my clients. When I meet a client for the first time, I immediately see the potential they have, and mesh that with their goals, to form a path toward freeing them to become that person we both know they can be.

If a client is open to it, I find that the root of mood problems such as anxiety and depression are found in the body and can often be alleviating by trusting our bodies to tell us about how we became depressed or anxious. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy after we have addressed the deeper issue, or if the client prefers, we go straight into learning new cognitive-behavioral approaches. I have had success with both methods.
