Hi, I’m Leia (yes, as in Princess Leia!). In 15 years of experience in the field of psychology, these are the themes that I hear that you're experiencing: You're over it. We will do that through affirming, inclusive, and science-backed strategies, such as somatic experiencing, exposure therapy, and honing your values-based choices. There is no one-size-fits-all in being human, and we don't approach therapy that way.
