About
My goal with all clients is to work with you to build a collaborative, communicative relationship so you can better navigate challenges in your life. I offer arts-based psychotherapy focused on empowerment, affirmation, and creative problem solving. I work with clients managing life transitions, young adult, LGBTQ+ and women's issues, and chronic illness/medical diagnosis. Specialties include companion animal/pet loss, eco-anxiety/climate crisis distress, women managing ADHD, and eating disorders (including DMT1-ED/diabulimia and vegan-positive recovery}. I am a Registered Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) with a PhD in Expressive Therapies and 20+ years of clinical experience. Previous clients have expressed that they appreciate my authenticity, sense of humor, patience, and creativity.
