I specialize in helping those that frequently feel like the odd one out, are struggling to find where they fit in the world, feel lost or without purpose, are facing chronic health issues that are wearing down their strength, have a difficult time advocating for their needs and/or navigating systems (medical, judicial, etc.), are often told they are "too sensitive", often feel overwhelmed by people, and/or feel the pressure of living their "best life" when they’re just trying to keep their head above water.
