I am licensed in California with 23 years of professional work experience. My mission is to deliver life-changing care to teens, adults, families, couples and geriatric individuals who experience a wide array of mental health conditions. I strive to forge personal relationships with patients, respond to individual patient needs, and commit to best practices when providing clinical practice care.

Today's world can be intense and stressful, and it's taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, adults and families. I utilize a collaborative care model that relies on cutting-edge evidence-based, clinically effective psychological interventions and treatments to help individuals and families manage, the ups and downs of everyday life, struggles with executive skills-the one core brain-based abilities needed to maintain focus, time management, organization, self-control, and related skills. These challenges could involve traumatic stress, struggles with feeling scattered and not accomplishing your goals, managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.

I have extensive experience in helping clients with age-related neurocognitive disorders, ADHD, Autism, PTSD, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression.

I also specialize in providing therapy and psychological/neurological assessments for age-related neurocognitive disorders as well as common medical/mental health conditions that affect cognition and behavior, such as ADHD and Autism Disorders.
