I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the New York State with over fifteen years’ experience working with adults, adolescents and families. My areas of interest are mood disorders, communication skills, family issues, life challenges, ADHD, and high functioning autism spectrum disorders.

My personal style is strengths-based, client-centered and solution focused. I believe in treating others with compassion and sensitivity and that you decide what outcomes are best for you. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, Adlerian, and solution-focused counseling interventions to provide you with the most appropriate approach and best treatment plan for your specific needs.
