Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Alabama with over fifteen years of experience working as a professional counselor, counselor educator, and counselor supervisor. I have worked with clients with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and career challenges.
My therapy style is warm, interactive, and holistic. I believe that clients are the expert in their problems, and my role is to help facilitate clients out of negative thought patterns by helping them use their internal resources to develop more useful thoughts, which lead to clients having better outcomes in their relationships, career, and most importantly, within themselves. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and integrative life planning. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
