I am licensed in Washington with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBTQIA-related issues, trauma and abuse, & depression. I have worked with all kinds of clients, but spent many years working with marginalized groups (e.g. people of color, women, LGBT population, etc.). I have training and experience in working with those who experience chronic health conditions such as HIV/AIDS as well. I operate from a place of cultural humility; I believe every person has a unique cultural identity that informs how they show up in the world and process information. I would love to hear about yours. For me, the most important aspects of psychotherapy are safety and the relationship. I understand the need to feel supported before sharing. My goal as your clinician is to help you process your concerns and bear witness to your growth.
