About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in South Carolina with over 10 years of experience working with people experiencing trauma, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. I've also worked with individuals with co-occurring disorders and self-harm/injury, and parenting problems. I have extensive experience working the families from a structural family therapy approach.

Within the therapeutic relationship, we will work to develop goals to support your individual needs and move towards change. Through a systemic and client -centered therapy approach, we will improve your ability to be more self-aware, challenge your negative thoughts, build towards a more safe and healthy life functioning, and develop more effective daily coping strategies.

I believe that prioritizing one's mental health is key and an active step towards your healing journey. I believe it takes a great deal of courage to address one's mental health that is why I strive to help you along your journey.
