I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in supporting folx who're navigating complex interpersonal issues, recovering from distress and trauma, grieving, and/or experiencing unexplained somatic symptoms. People who are comfortable with telehealth and ready to embrace the mind-body connection with something a little different (i.e, Somatic Experiencing) will likely match well with me.
My approach to treatment is affirming, inclusive, and compassionate, prioritizing our therapeutic relationship. My practice is integrative and effective. I employ both traditional psychotherapy approaches, like Relational and Psychodynamic therapies, paired intentionally with alternative approaches, like Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Mindful Self-Compassion.
