I am a licensed clinical psychologist licensed in Florida with over 10 years of experience working as a clinician. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, parenting problems and disruptive behavior disorders. I have helped clients of varying ages; including children, adolescents and young adults. I have also supported parents using an evidenced based approach called Parent Child Interaction Therapy, also referred to as PCIT. This type of treatment addresses the parent-child dyad as well as implementing consistent and predictable discipline strategies.

My experience is varied and across settings. I have provided individual psychotherapy in outpatient clinics, inpatient psychiatric facilities, school settings and community mental health agencies. I have experience conducting psychological evaluations to assist with diagnostic clarification and treatment planning. I am familiar with making appropriate recommendations depending on the issues the individual is presenting with.

My therapy style is empathetic and supportive. I believe that the client is in charge of their goals and the clinician helps guide and support the process through a respectful and compassionate journey. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic and solution focused psychotherapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I also value feedback and enjoy working collaboratively.
