About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of South Dakota with 18 years of experience. I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages with issues such as stress and anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and coping with the challenges that life inevitably throws our way. I primarily use an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach which means I work with clients to increase life satisfaction no matter what situation they are currently faced with. My approach to therapy is very integrative which means I will incorporate other theories and skills to ensure that treatment is individualized to each person’s specific needs and preferences.

Life is challenging and it can be difficult to reach out for help. My goal is to make this process easier by creating a comfortable, safe, and empathic environment for each and every client. Therapy should be a safe space where concerns can be shared without fear of judgment. I will make this my priority during our time together and am excited to begin this process with you!
