Hello and welcome! My name is Dr. Kristen Nadermann, but you can call me Kristen. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with 6 years of professional work experience. I typically use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, though I am happy to adjust these for my client's specific needs. I am also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), which is an evidenced based therapy for trauma. I have experience in helping clients with many concerns, such as life changes, stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have a warm style and work to spend time getting to know more about your situation, needs, and goals. For me, it is important to be here to listen to you, collaboratively explore issues and build a treatment plan so that it will work for your life. I am committed to treating all of my clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. It's a big step to reach out and take the first steps towards a change.
