Regarding what I can offer you: a compassionate, professional psychological perspective with 12 years of training (University of Rhode Island, BA, MS, PhD) and 25 years of practice as a Rhode Island and now Florida & New Jersey licensed psychologist. I want you to know that you can be confident that I have the credentials, skills, and experience to provide what you seek.

My therapeutic perspective is client-centered. That means I see you as a valuable human being and treat you as such.

You are a magnificent human being, not a diagnosis!

MY GOAL is TO work with you to help you define and reach YOUR GOALS in the way that fits who YOU ARE. Your needs, not mine.

What I think about telehealth & Find A Therapist: I believe that a meaningful therapeutic connection CAN truly take place through this fabulous platform. It is also so much more practical &
affordable than traditional therapy that required face-to-face office visits, accounting for drive time, sitting in an office, and so on.

Telehealth really allows you to get access to therapeutic support that so many of us may not otherwise be able to given the demands of our busy lives. And, some of us, myself included, simply may live where access to services may be difficult.

What is important to me? That EVERY human being has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

That YOU are HEARD and feel valued.

That you have a safe space to sort through whatever may be on your mind.

That is why I am so excited about telehealth and that I was trained to provide it in a sound, ethical way, beginning in 2017 with an Advanced Certificate of training from the TeleBehavioral Health Institute (TBHI).

Where I am located and why I use the Find A Therapist platform for my clients: I live in SW Florida. We I have a farm and working from home allows me to have the best of home, work and farm life.

This allows me to live MY best life so I can support you on your journey toward YOUR good, better and, FINALLY, best life as well!
